Antoinette Lortan established Human Mirror Consultancy in March 2008 due to a burning desire & passion to develop organizations’ biggest asset, their people. A highly motivated, passionate and able employee as well as a highly effective & efficient team are an organization’s best brand and vehicle to increase revenue. "Reflect, Commit & Create" is our motto.

Whether we are Coaching, Running a workshop, Consulting or Delivering an Inspirational talk, our approach involves the following:

  1. We develop and retain leaders within an organisation, through a tailored approach, in order to align the leadership development towards the individual, team and organisation's short and long-term goals.
  2. We focus on aligning the conscious and sub-conscious mind towards results, in order to effectively mobilise individuals and teams towards their goals.
  3. We develop and support individuals trapped in a "victim mentality" (reactive behavior) in order to shift them into action. This serves to support them to transform expectations, complaints & frustrations into action through taking responsibility for their ineffectiveness.
